Road access to the Estate is excellent with good surfaced roads right up to the border of the Estate.


Travel time between the international airport and L'Anse Fourmi village is approximately 1ΒΌ hours by car, (the fastest route is via the Claude Noel Highway past Scarborough, turning off towards Calder Hall, through Mason Hall, Moriah, Castara, past Parlatuvier and Bloody bay, and onwards to L'Anse Fourmi).


Alternative routes are along the Caribbean coast, or along the Atlantic Highway turning off at Roxborough and crossing the island's main ridge through the Protected Rainforest and down to Bloody Bay.



Extensive road engineering work has constructed the final part of the Northside Main Road to complete the circuit route around the island in accordance with the Government's strategic tourism development plan for Tobago.

This road now connects L'Anse Fourmi village with Charlotteville and runs through this property along land purchased from the Estate by the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) for this purpose, effectively opening up easier access to all the Plots of the Estate.
